Northgate Mall, Regina
Northgate Mall was the first enclosed mall in Saskatchewan opening its doors on November 16, 1965. Northgate Mall had an addition in 1977, a modest renovation in 1988, and a major re-development in 1998, which included a racetrack common area layout. Additional renovations were done in 2002 when Zellers was added to the mall.
